Electrostatic Technology

Less than half of surfaces are disinfected with traditional cleaning methods. The micro organisms which remain can survive for days, weeks, and even months. true disinfection stops the spread of disease.

Our Electrostatic Sprayers use induction charging that apply a positive charge to the liquid droplets attracting them directly to the surface in a consistent manner allowing for comprehensive coverage.

The electrostatic charge pulls the disinfectant directly to the surface, this is not the case with foggers as they simply fill the atmosphere with the disinfectant with no guarantee that the disinfectant will land on the critical touchpoints that need disinfecting.

Antimicrobial

Nordic Chem Antimicrobial Coating

For our customers that are looking for a more long term Solution to Surface disinfection we also apply the Nordic Chem antimicrobial coating. The coating is certified effective against Covid-19 for 30 days.

The Coating:

This product can be applied to almost any surface, which enables a  whole new level of protection in any facility. It is tested to be effective against a wide range of viruses  and bacteria, creating an inhospitable surface for these dangerous microorganisms, keeping your  facility a safer environment.

Its composition and formula creates inhabitable surfaces for virus and bacteria and is extremely  effective in both high and low traffic areas alike.

The active ingredient in the coating is registered under the EU Biocidal Products Regulations (BPR) and  is authorised against a broad spectrum of microbes. The coating can be applied to, and bonds with  almost any surface; porous or non-porous, metal, leather, fabric, etc.

How it works:

The coating’s technology is based on the use of quaternary ammonium silicone compounds (“SiQAC”) as antimicrobial agents, either in solvent or in aqueous and stable solutions.

Making these compounds using a water-based system provides a host of benefits. They are non-flammable and require no solvents for dilution. They require no special handling, are uniformly dispersible on almost any surface, and are simple and economical to use because of their extended shelf-life.

​

When the ammonium salts react with certain organosilanes, they form an integrated system. Once this system is applied to any surface, it forms an invisible (one molecule deep) and durable (through ion exchange and rapid polymerization) antimicrobial protection.
